AIDA heavy load forming press is designed to meet the requirements of highly-concentrated heavy load forming or blanking

High-intensity frame structure reduces the deflection slides and bolsters, ensuring high accuracy stamping and extending die life

A special link motion mechanism provides low-speed stamping and high-speed slide return which assures consistent product quality, and greatly reduces the striking of dies, vibrations as well as noises

Further prolong die life so as to maintain stamping precision

Adopt a right-angle eight-point slide guide structure which effectively controls slides’ horizontal displacement and inclination. It has strong resistance against centrifugal force and is helpful to improve accuracy

A compact structure that does not require press pit, thus greatly reducing foundation costs and facilitating press room layout changes; the structure also featured high tolerance of concentrated force

  1. Addressing three problems occurred in thick plate processing: die life, vibration and noise
  2. Independently-developed link motion mechanism that touches the die slowly; straightside frame with smallest deflection
